Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Mostafa Madbouly has reviewed work progress on 18,242 social housing units in Al Shorouk, Kafr El Sheikh, and Beni Suef, Invest-Gate reports.

A total of 4,416 social housing units are being implemented in two phases in Al Shorouk.

The 648-unit phase is completed, while the second phase saw the completion of 1,224 units, with the remaining 552 units are still under construction and slated for delivery in December.

In Kafr El Sheikh, 3,026 units are being established, of which 336 units and 210 shops are completed while the rest will be finalized in the coming few weeks.

In addition, 10,800 residential units are being carried out in Beni Suef.
