Madbouly Visits New Administrative Capital to Check Latest Updates

Mostafa Madbouly, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, has visited the New Administrative Capital to follow up on the finishing works of apartments and villas, and a number of facilities in different neighborhoods, Invest-Gate reports.

The units will be offered for the public over several phases soon, a statement from Egypt’s Housing ministry says.

The residential neighborhood R3 comprises 25,000 residential units, 952 of which are villas. President Abdel Fattah El Sisi inaugurated the first phase of the capital late October 2017, Invest-Gate reported earlier.

In a previous interview with BBC, Madbouly revealed that the mega project will cost USD 45 bn and is scheduled to be completed by 2022
