Madinet Masr (EGX: MASR.CA), one of Egypt’s leading real estate developers, has signed two strategic partnerships with LA7, a prominent health and fitness brand, and Qubix Co. to deliver integrated commercial, entertainment, and wellness experiences within “Tajed,” the company’s first commercial district at Taj City, Invest-Gate reports.
Under the agreement with LA7, the company will establish its largest branch, spanning 5,400 sqm, offering premium health, wellness, and sports services. The facility will include personalized training programs, nutrition consultations, yoga and boxing classes, pickleball and padel courts, recovery rooms, and spa services. It will also feature an LA7 sportswear store, cooking school, and music rooms, creating a holistic destination for Tajed’s visitors. Completion is scheduled for Q1 2027.
Meanwhile, the partnership with Qubix Co. will bring “The Prism” to life — Tajed’s first commercial and entertainment hub spanning 7,000 sqm. Designed as a dynamic space blending natural and artificial light, The Prism will feature premium casual dining, curated fashion retail, and dedicated event spaces to support local brands. It will house 15 tenants and is expected to be completed by the end of 2026.
