Madinet Masr, one of Egypt’s leading urban community developers, has launched comprehensive community initiatives during Ramadan, Invest-Gate reports.

This initiative includes the distribution of 10,000 Ramadan Iftar meals in collaboration with The Egyptian Food Bank (EFB) and the preparation of over 30,000 Iftar meals throughout Ramadan in partnership with the Al Joud Charity Foundation.

These efforts with the Al Joud Foundation are focused on two Maedet Al-Rahman locations in Taj City and Sarai, aiming to significantly improve the livelihoods of the most vulnerable families during Ramadan.

Madinet Masr is strengthening its collaboration with The EFB by distributing 10,000 Ramadan packages to the most vulnerable families across Egypt. These packages contain essential food commodities to sustain families throughout the holy month, demonstrating the company’s commitment to supporting local communities as an integral part of its strategy.

Additionally, Madinet Masr employees actively participated in packing food supplies alongside the EFB, reflecting the spirit of giving. This initiative is rooted in Madinet Masr’s strong belief in the importance of community empowerment and the promotion of a culture of volunteerism.

As part of its robust community support and responsibility during Ramadan, Madinet Masr has partnered with the Al Joud Charity Foundation to establish two Maedet Al-Rahman locations in Sarai, strategically located near the New Administrative Capital (NAC), and in Taj City, New Cairo. Through these locations, over 1,000 Iftar meals will be distributed per day, totaling 30,000 Iftar meals throughout the month of Ramadan.
