MAG Lifestyle Development, the real estate development arm of MAG Group Holding, has finalized its AED 800 mn value-housing project in Dubai South, named “MAG 5 Boulevard,” well in time for Expo 2020 and ahead of schedule, Invest-Gate reports.

The 13-building development comprises 1,452 residential units, varying between 498 studios, 732 one-bedroom, 210 two-bedroom, and 12 three-bedroom apartments, complemented with abundant parking spots, with the majority properties featuring a balcony, MAG said in a press release on October 9.

In addition to boasting a 24-hour walkable community that spreads over nearly 74,322 square meters in the lush Dubai Greenbelt, MAG 5 Boulevard grants unmatched convenience to residents. It is nestled in close proximity to Dubai’s upcoming Expo 2020 site, not to mention nearby schools, offices, and hospitals, the developer noted.

“Elegantly designed landscaping and state-of-the-art amenities at MAG 5 Boulevard include a swimming pool, jogging tracks, gardens, outdoor leisure spaces, children’s areas, a community center, and a series of retail, dining, and leisure outlets,” read the statement.

Hailing the biggest handover of units in Dubai South, Talal Moafaq Al Gaddah, the company’s managing partner and CEO, underlined, “Under our ‘MAG of Value’ division, which was established to pioneer value-home construction, we are proud to be exceeding our customer expectations with our handover of MAG 5 Boulevard.”
