Magna Developments announces launching a new phase in Cubes Mall in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), with spaces starting from 25 sqm through flexible payment plans that suit customers, Invest-Gate reports.
For his part, Mohamed Abdel-Fattah, Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Magna Developments, says that the offered units are located in the food court of the project, comprising a diversity of spaces commensurate with choices of large brands.
Additionally, he mentions that the company partners with powerful entities to develop the project, including KAD Project Management Company to manage the commercial properties of the project, YBA- Yasser Al Beltagy Architects as an engineering consultant, and EGYPRO FME to manage the project’s maintenance.
Moreover, he explains that the mixed-use project spans over 4,800 sqm, and consists f a ground floor and other 10 floors, in addition to a 3-storey underground garage.
Besides, the medical units within the mall are situated in a separate building with a private entrance and three elevators, which meet the requirements of the health insurance system. Meanwhile, administrative units constitute a separate building with a private entrance and two elevators.
Abdel-Fattah notes that the mall has several advantages, especially that it is the only commercial plaza with a direct view of Gold Market and Masjid Misr, in addition, the mall is located in front of the eastern axis, and services triangle (hospital – educational center – petrol station), as well as it is the most visible on the eastern axis with 80 sqm-façade width.
It is noteworthy that Magna Developments began its business more than 25 years ago, specialized in contracting, launched projects such as paving roads, establishing infrastructure, and developing many residential and commercial projects.
