Majid Al Futtaim, in partnership with International Workplace Group (IWG), is set to open five state-of-the-art Regus and Spaces locations across Oman, Egypt, and the UAE, Invest-Gate reports.
IWG is the world’s leading provider of hybrid work solutions, and this collaboration aims to cater to the growing demand for flexible workspaces in the region.
The new flexible workspaces will be located in Mall of Egypt, City Centre Qurum, City Centre Sohar, City Centre Me’aisem, and City Centre Deira. The expansion of IWG’s network has been driven by the rise of hybrid working, with 612 new locations added globally between January and September 2023. With this partnership, IWG’s Middle East and Africa network will operate 136 locations across the region.
