Mohamed Ragab, head of the New Damietta Development Authority and the supervisor of the New Mansoura, has inspected the New Mansoura City, accompanied by Yasser Kahla, deputy head of the Agency, among officials as part of the daily periodic follow-up of the projects at new cities, Invest-Gate reports.
During his tour, Ragab visits projects in New Mansoura, including New Mansoura University, distinguished housing project, JANNA, Sakan Misr social housing project, the medical center, some schools, commercial markets, facilities projects, and roads in the city, according to an official statement on January 10.
Ragab stresses on the necessity of adhering to the specified timetables approved for the projects, while taking all precautionary measures to confront the emerging Coronavirus at work sites.
Moreover, Ragab explains that the implementation of 4,728 housing units (197 buildings) is underway in the “JANNA” housing project in the New Mansoura city. 6504 housing units (271 buildings) have been implemented, and it is scheduled to be completed by June 2021.
Head of the New Damietta Development Authority also notes that 4704 housing units (196 buildings) are being implemented in Sakan Misr project for medium housing, and the implementation is scheduled to be completed by March 2021, while the service center project is underway with a 93% completion rate.
Ragab also confirms that the implementation of the Mansoura International University for Science and Technology is also underway.
