Makanak Real Estate, specializing in international real estate exhibitions, is preparing to organize the Egyptian pavilion at the Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition “Acres 2025”, Invest-Gate reports.
This event will take place from January 22 to 25 at the Expo Center in the Emirate of Sharjah, UAE.
Mahmoud Abdel Halim, Chairman of Makanak Real Estate, stated that the organization of the Egyptian pavilion aligns with a cooperation protocol signed earlier between Makanak Real Estate, the Government of Sharjah, and Emirati Leaders Company.
He noted that this initiative is part of the company’s ongoing efforts to support the Egyptian government’s plan for exporting Egyptian real estate abroad and to enhance the flow of joint Egyptian-Emirati investments in real estate development.
Abdel Halim emphasized that Makanak Real Estate aims to promote Egypt’s urban experience and capitalize on the significant urban boom that has occurred over the past ten years. This growth has diversified investment opportunities and improved infrastructure projects, raising investment returns and creating an attractive environment for companies to achieve high profits.
He pointed out that the Egyptian pavilion at the Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition “Acres 2025” will feature the participation of major Egyptian real estate development companies with various projects across Egypt, including the New Administrative Capital, the North Coast, New Cairo, Sheikh Zayed, and 6th of October, among others.
Additionally, the exhibition will provide opportunities for Egyptian companies to gain valuable experience and learn about the latest technologies in real estate. A special pavilion will showcase companies specializing in real estate technology, displaying the latest applications and systems currently available worldwide, which have become essential sales mechanisms for the sector.
He continued, “We will also ensure the presence of banking institutions to provide real estate financing services to interested customers, which will serve as a strong incentive for many looking to contract with participating real estate companies.”
