Manara Developments is set to participate in three real estate exhibitions in Dubai, Abu Dhabi (UAE), and Jeddah (Saudi Arabia) this November, showcasing three major projects in Ain Sokhna with investments exceeding EGP 10 bn, Invest-Gate reports.

Ahmed Kamal, Sales Manager at Manara Developments, emphasized that participation in international exhibitions is a key marketing strategy for the company at present. This approach aligns with the company’s commitment to supporting Egyptian real estate exports and bolstering foreign currency inflows into the country.

The exhibitions in the UAE include the Qarar Investment Expo, with the Dubai edition scheduled from November 15 to 17 at Le Meridien Hotel. Subsequently, the expo will move to Abu Dhabi, taking place from November 22 to 24 at the Sheraton Hotel. Additionally, Manara Developments will participate in the Egypt Map exhibition in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, slated for November 28 to 30.

During these exhibitions, the company will showcase three projects in Ain Sokhna: Bella Vento projects in Galala City with investments totaling EGP 6 bn, Bella East project in Ain Sokhna with investments amounting to EGP 2 bn, and Bella Romance in Zaafarana with investments totaling EGP 2.5 bn.

Kamal highlighted that the exhibitions will feature units ready for immediate occupancy, a first-of-its-kind offering by a developer in El Galala. Manara Developments aims to surpass EGP 100 mn in sales from these exhibitions.
