Manazel Real Estate Exhibition’s second edition kicked off on December 3 in Geziret El Ward Club, Mansoura, running for three days to host around 2,000 visitors, featuring unique incentives and attractive offers by the diverse range of exhibiting property developers, Invest-Gate reports.
Sponsors include City Edge Developments (CED), Hyde Park Developments, O West by Orascom Developments, Palm Hills Developments (PHD), Porto Developments, Saudi Egyptian Developers (SED), and The Waterway Developments.
Moreover, Expo Republic, the event founder and organizer, has tailored some exclusive payment incentives for potential buyers to enter a draw for a chance to win EGP 50,000 discount on their purchase.
Commenting on this edition, chairman of Expo Republic said, “We are proud of the success of the first edition in Alexandria and found a need by developers to present their special offers to visitors especially following the pandemic that created an appetite for real estate products.”
He continues, “Expo Republic aims to organize a new edition of Manazel Real Estate Exhibition in Upper Egypt during the first quarter of 2021, which portrays a significant demand.”
Throughout the three-day event, Expo Republic has applied stringent precautionary measures ensuring the safety of visitors. In an attempt to eliminate congestion by the gates, visitors were requested to register online, automatic sterilization gates were present, all visitors had their temperature measured before entry, face masks were compulsory, and disinfectants were placed around the hall. Furthermore, the company continuously sterilized all surfaces.
It is worth mentioning that Expo Republic was established in 2017 and has organized four successful exhibitions in different Arab cities, including Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Riyadh, in addition to Egypt, under the name of the Nile Real Estate Exhibition, which is the first Egyptian real estate exhibition that allows companies to display their projects in the Gulf area, in order to contribute to the realization of the state’s plan to export the real estate.
The four previous editions of Nile Property Expo have achieved more than EGP 4 bn in sales, while also receiving more than 10,000 visitors.
