Maqam for Urban Development announced that it has obtained the building permit for its pioneering project, Optima Business Complex, in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), Invest-Gate reports.

Sherif Salem, Chairman of Maqam for Urban Development, confirmed that obtaining the project’s building permit signifies its readiness to begin implementation according to the highest standards. He stated that this marks a strong start for the project and initiates its execution in alignment with the company’s timeline for implementation and delivery to clients.

He emphasized that the company has a robust plan for executing the project in collaboration with specialized partners across various sectors to ensure the highest quality standards.

He added that there are significant facilitation efforts from the Administrative Capital for Urban Development (ACUD), leading to a rapid completion of procedures and licenses aimed at supporting companies in quickly implementing their projects, thereby increasing development and construction rates in the NAC.

He highlighted the importance of supporting real estate companies’ plans to expedite the implementation and delivery of their projects, which will subsequently raise the occupancy rate in the NAC.

Salem noted that the company is simultaneously working on both the project’s executive and sales plans, allowing for real-time monitoring of the project’s progress alongside its marketing efforts both domestically and internationally. This approach ensures the preservation of financial returns from marketing, which are directed toward project implementation, safeguarding customers’ investments and ensuring commitment to execution and delivery.

He explained that the Optima Business Complex project is situated on plot MU-46 in the Downtown area, covering an area of 2,400 sqm. The project includes commercial units with an average area of 45 sqm per unit, totaling 32 units, and administrative units with an average area of 45 sqm, totaling 157 units. The project is 13 floors high.
