Maqam for Urban Development has announced its successful participation in five external exhibitions during 2024, Invest-Gate reports.
Osama El Gendy, Chief Commercial Officer at Maqam for Urban Development, stated that the company successfully selected distinguished exhibitions with high demand to participate in, ensuring its presence among major real estate companies. At all the exhibitions where Maqam was represented, the company achieved promising successes and expanded its customer portfolio, including both foreign and Egyptian clients working abroad.
He added that the exhibitions attended by his company in 2024 included three in Saudi Arabia and two in the UAE, four of which took place in November and December. He also emphasized that the company successfully strengthened its customer base through its participation in these events.
El Gendy revealed plans for the company to attend foreign exhibitions in 2025, which are expected to attract clients compatible with the profile of Maqam for Urban Development’s customers. He noted a strong and genuine demand for real estate outside Egypt, particularly given the diversity of real estate products offered in the country.
He stressed that real estate exhibitions are a vital mechanism for showcasing the urban growth currently underway in Egypt, as well as the advancements in real estate products within the Egyptian market. This approach is essential for attracting foreign investments to the Egyptian real estate sector.
El Gendy explained that his company owns the Optima Business Complex, located on plot MU-46 in the Downtown area, covering an area of 2,400 sqm. The project includes commercial units averaging 45 sqm each, with a total of 32 units, as well as administrative units averaging 45 sqm, totaling 157 units. The project consists of 13 floors.
