Maqam for Urban Development Unveils Expansion Vision for 2025

Maqam for Urban Development has announced the key features of its expansion plan for 2025, Invest-Gate reports.

The company aims to grow within the Egyptian real estate market and implement pioneering, distinctive projects that complement its current offerings.

Osama El Gendy, Head of the Sales Sector at Maqam for Urban Development, stated that this expansion aligns with the company’s strategy to enhance its leading position in the real estate market by launching innovative projects that meet the diverse needs of customers.

He emphasized the importance of sustainability and quality standards in maintaining customer confidence and the company’s credibility. He noted that strong investment opportunities exist in the Egyptian market, but they are accessible only to ambitious, experienced companies with robust financial stability.

El Gendy added, “Our clients’ trust continually drives us to innovate and expand to meet their requirements and deliver more distinguished and pioneering projects. The presence of exceptional investment opportunities in the Egyptian market, amid the comprehensive urban renaissance that Egypt is undertaking, encourages us to grow. We aim to provide distinguished projects that foster wealth and growth in the real estate market while keeping pace with our clients’ evolving needs.”

He highlighted that the company plans to expand its external marketing efforts for its projects in 2025 by participating in leading real estate exhibitions. This decision follows the company’s strong success in reaching more clients outside Egypt through exhibitions it participated in during the previous year.

El Gendy emphasized that reaching customers beyond Egypt has become essential to any company’s marketing strategy. Therefore, the company selects successful exhibitions known for their trust and credibility, held in countries where its targeted customers are located. The significant achievements from the past year further bolster its expansion plans to grow and connect with clients in more foreign markets.

He explained that Maqam for Urban Development is the owner of the Optima Business Complex project, located on plot MU-46 in the Downtown area, covering an area of 2,400 sqm. The project features commercial units averaging 45 sqm each, totaling 32 units, as well as administrative units of the same size, totaling 157 units. The project stands 13 floors high.
