Maqam Misr has announced the successful marketing and sale of over 50% of the Optima Business Complex project in the New Administrative Capital, Invest-Gate reports.

This rapid marketing achievement reflects the project’s distinction, offering a comprehensive real estate product tailored with payment conditions that cater to the targeted clientele.

Osama El Gendy, Head of Sales at Maqam Misr, stated that the company conducted market and sales studies to determine the optimal sales strategy for the project. This included appropriate pricing strategies, ensuring the project aligns with clients’ purchasing capabilities while keeping pace with market developments and their impact on pricing.

Moreover, El Gendy elaborated that the Optima Business Complex project is situated in the mu-46 plot in the Downtown area, covering 2400 sqm. It comprises 32 commercial units averaging 45 sqm each and 157 administrative units averaging 45 sqm, spanning 13 floors. The total investment amounts to around EGP 500 mn.

Furthermore, Ahmed Hussein, Head of Marketing at Maqam Urban Development Company, highlighted the company’s marketing plan targeting international clients, aligning with the state’s strategy to export real estate and provide foreign currency to the country.

Notably, Hussein added that the company commenced project implementation in January of the previous year, even before its official launch, indicating strong financial readiness and seriousness in execution. The project’s delivery is slated to begin in January 2026.
