Mardev Developments has announced the launch of the Menorca Zayed project, spanning an area of 41 acres, Invest-Gate reports.

The project is a collaboration with Idea Group, which is responsible for managing the project’s marketing, conducting a professional feasibility study, and overseeing promotional activities.

Aya Kamal, the head of the commercial sector at Idea Group, stated that the company is managing the marketing and sales process for the Menorca Zayed project. This comes after the company achieved remarkable success in previous projects such as Sky Light, Mardev Plaza, and Menorca Compound in the New Administrative Capital (NAC).

Kamal added that the Menorca New Capital project achieved record-breaking sales, reaching 80% within a few months. This accomplishment represents a significant breakthrough in the real estate development sector.
She highlighted that the Menorca Zayed project is situated in the Green Belt area of New Zayed. It is an exceptional integrated residential compound covering 41 acres and featuring 220 villas with sophisticated designs and various sizes.

Ahmed Samy, the CEO of Idea Group, explained that Idea Group played a pivotal role as the main catalyst for Mardev Company by acquiring an extensive land portfolio. The company plans to launch various projects with a total investment of 4 billion pounds. The Menorca Zayed project is the first project from this portfolio, and Idea Group aims to present strong investment projects with new ideas implemented for the first time in the region. This approach is designed to meet the expectations of the company’s current and prospective clients.
