Marota Developments Company signs a cooperation agreement with KAD Commercial Property Management as a management and operation consultant to ensure the operation and management of the Mastro Mall, Invest-Gate reports.

The contract is signed by Tarek Khalil and Ayman Al-Ghafir, owners and founders of Marota Developments, and Haitham Laithy,  Executive Director at KAD Commercial Property Management.

Khalil says that Marota always seeks to contract with major consultants in all disciplines, and KAD is one of the largest companies operating in the Egyptian market, and it has plenty of sales in NAC’s projects.

Mastro Mall is a completely commercial project that spans over ​​5,250 sqm, in the most prestigious areas of NAC, with investments close to EGP 800m.

For his part, Al-Ghafir says that the contract with KAD comes within a series of the company’s contracts with major consultants, most notably Sabbour Consulting to supervise construction works of the project, Raef Fahmi Architects as the consultant designer, and Benaa Consulting Group as the consultant for construction design, and HTCO consulting office, designer for electromechanical works and MEP.

Laithy says that the company provides a package of specialized professional consultations according to market studies and research, and prepares a mix of product diversity for the entire project. In addition to, the distribution of different kinds of businesses in a way that achieves smooth movement in all units and roles in the project, furthermore, the preparation of units’ finishing guide and operating guide for a tenant, which helps him to identify rules followed in the project, as well as operating dates and services available therein.
