Marota Developments Partners With Sabbour Consulting In Mastro Project

Marota Developments announces contracting with Sabbour Consulting office to review designs and supervise the construction of Mastro project, at the New Administrative Capital (NAC), Invest-Gate reports.

The signing of the contract is witnessed by the Syrian businessman Ayman Al-Ghafir, the Egyptian businessman Tarek Khalil Malak, the founders of Marota Developments, besides, Omar Sabbour, vice chairman of Sabbour Consulting.

Mastro is a commercial mall covering 5,250 sqm with EGP 800 mn of investments. It’s located in Downtown, in the promenade and entertainment area directly in front of Al Masa Hotel, and near the Green River.

In this regard, Walid Selim, head of the engineering sector at Marota, declares that the project is a result of the cooperation of major consulting offices in Egypt and the Middle East, such as the international designer Raef Fahmy and the consultant office supervising the implementation Sabbour Consulting to present a distinguished project that achieves international standards and keeps pace with the times.

For his part, Omar Sabbour, vice chairman of Sabbour Consulting, says, “We are pleased with the joint cooperation with Marota to supervise the construction of Mastro project, which is one of the most flagship projects in the NAC.”

Mohamed El-Sherif, head of marketing at the company, elaborates that the total built-up area of the project reaches 19,000 sqm, adding that Marota is working to establish a specialized commercial project, in which everyone will see its excellence, whether in terms of location or basic and recreational services provided within the project.

Additionally, he remarks that Mastro project features the largest food court area with the finest restaurants and cafes, as well as a children’s area and recreational activities, central air conditioning covering all parts of the mall, advanced fire extinguishing systems, lighting control systems, and green spaces distributed in a distinctive geometric shape.

It’s noteworthy that Marota Developments is a partnership between Egyptian businessman Tarek Khalil and Syrian businessman Ayman Al-Ghafir.
