Marota Developments To Debut New Phase of Mastro Mall

Marota Developments is to launch a new phase of its distinguished project Mastro in New Administrative Capital (NAC), after high customer turnout, Invest-Gate reports.

Walid Shoman, head of the commercial sector at Marota Developments, states that the company will offer exclusive and competitive offers on project units at the lowest price per sqm in the promenade and entertainment area during December.

Mastro project is a commercial mall spanning over 5,250 sqm, with investments close to EGP 800m. The project is situated in the most distinguished areas in downtown promenade and entertainment area in front of Almasa Hotel and near the Green River.

For his part, Head of Marketing at Marota Developments Mohamed Elsherif comments, “The company is working to develop Mastro according to the highest international standards, with the aim of providing a high-quality real estate product. This prompted us to contract with a number of major consultants in the Egyptian market to design and carry out the project, most notably Sabbour Consulting Office as an engineering supervisor for the project construction phases; in addition to Raef Fahmy as general consultant, who won the award for the best architect in the Middle East, Benaa Consulting Group as construction designer, and Hany Tawfik Consulting Office (HTCO) as electromechanics designer.”

Additionally, Elsherif highlights that Marota intends to begin delivering the mall within three years. He further elaborates that the Mastro project includes 3,000 sqm-food court area that contains the finest restaurants and cafes.

Furthermore, the project features a children’s area and recreational activities, central air conditioning covering all parts of the mall, advanced fire extinguishing systems and lighting control systems, a mobile garage and green spaces distributed in a distinctive geometric shape.

It’s worth mentioning that Marota Developments is a partnership between Egyptian businessman Tarek Khalil and Syrian businessman Ayman Al-Ghafir.
