A delegation from Marriott International visited the Al Jazi development in New Cairo to assess progress on the final phase of JW Marriott Residence Al Jazi First, Invest-Gate reports.

Owned by Gulf Building and Construction, a subsidiary of Seldar Misr, Al Jazi encompasses luxury residential units and commercial and administrative areas across 63 acres with EGP 7 bn in investments.

Walaa Elaal, the Marketing Director of Al Jazi and owner representative for marketing and PR at Seldar Misr, said applying unified international quality requirements aligns with Marriott’s global brand portfolio. Al Jazi offers Egypt’s first residential units with such renowned affiliation.

She noted the state’s export push requires attracting foreign customers with suitable luxurious products. Seldar Misr cooperates with strong partners to pioneer distinguished real estate featuring prime locations and elegant designs.

Components include JW Marriott Residences, Chase Field Al Jazi, a 20,000 sqm mall and an upcoming Ritz Carlton Residence. The delegation praised construction progress and luxurious details meeting owners’ and developers’ calibres.

Quality assurance reflects Seldar Misr’s focus on pioneering real estate benefiting from self-financing and global hospitality expertise. The visit affirmed compliance with Marriott’s standards.
