Marriott Residences Heliopolis Cairo, a landmark hotel-branded residential project by A-Capital Holding, is set to deliver its first phase in June 2025, Invest-Gate reports.
The project recently hosted Marriott International’s global leadership team for a site inspection, marking a significant milestone in its development. This project aims to redefine luxury residential living in Egypt.
The site visit was led by John Hearns, Senior Vice President of Global Residential Operations at Marriott International, accompanied by key executives, including Alicia Koenig, Vice President of Operations for EMEA and the Americas, Lindsey Gassow, Senior Director of Residential Brand Development and Operations, and other senior leaders. John Hearns commended the project’s progress, stating that it reflects A-Capital Holding’s commitment to quality and Marriott’s enduring legacy. He highlighted the seamless collaboration between Marriott International, A-Capital Holding, and project stakeholders.
For his part, Salah Amer, CEO of A-Capital Holding, announced the upcoming delivery of 205 hotel-branded apartments in the first phase. Following handover, trial operations will commence, with full Marriott management expected within six months. The development spans 27,000 square meters across six interconnected towers, offering one- to three-bedroom apartments, rooftop pools, fitness centers, paddle courts, jogging tracks, and hotel-grade amenities, including 24/7 concierge services and professional housekeeping.
Strategically located on Al-Thawra Road near Cairo International Airport, the project combines accessibility with luxury. Designed by renowned architectural firm WATG, the residences integrate world-class design with premium services. As the June 2025 handover approaches, A-Capital Holding reinforces its commitment to delivering exceptional residential experiences, setting a new benchmark in Egypt’s real estate market.
