A Capital Holding has launched the latest phase of its Marriott Residences Heliopolis Cairo project with the unveiling of The Signature Tower, a high-end hotel-style residential building promising an elevated standard of luxury in the heart of Cairo, Invest-Gate reports.

The launch event featured a performance by Egyptian star Tamer Hosny and welcomed over 1,600 real estate partners. Dalia El-Kordy, Chief Commercial Officer of A Capital Holding, highlighted the significance of this development, describing it as the first and only Marriott-branded residential project in Egypt. She noted that the brand’s presence in global cities like Dubai, Amman, and Seoul strengthens the project’s position in Cairo’s luxury property market.

El-Kordy pointed out Marriott’s international reputation and 140-year legacy, underscoring the brand’s ability to deliver a complete hotel-like experience to both residents and investors. She added that the event also marked the on-time handover of 130 units from the project’s first phase, reinforcing client trust. “Hotel-style units are the future of real estate due to high demand for luxury living with professional services,” she said.

The Signature Tower features 231 units ranging from 52 to 192 sqm, offering concierge, housekeeping, room service, a clubhouse, rooftop gym, pools, padel courts, and smart home tech. The development is located on El-Thawra Street, five minutes from Cairo International Airport, and spans 27,000 sqm with over EGP 20 bn in investments.

El-Kordy concluded, “We believe real estate investment should be a full lifestyle experience, not just property ownership.”
