Marseilia Land El Alamein project, affiliated to Marseilia Real Estate Investment, announces the complete delivery of phases I and II in New El Alamein City, Invest-Gate reports.

This comes in line with the real estate developer’s announcement of the sales launch of the project’s third phase.

As a touristic resort, Marseilia Land offers a number of services,  green areas, an Aqua Park, a dancing fountain, and a shopping mall.

The soon-to-be launched phase comprises a number of villas and chalets, in addition to various a tourist amenities.

Egypt is currently working on upgrading both the North Coast and New El Alamein through implementing better infrastructure and facilities to become an integrated city that has all life requirements from residential units, hotels, entertainment, hospitals, universities and schools. It is anticipated to be a magnet to international tourism year-long.
