Maskoon Developments, a subsidiary of Al Mahdy Group, announced the launch of two new commercial projects — Link Vibe and Link View — in New Cairo, with a combined investment of over EGP 4 bn, Invest-Gate reports.

The two projects span 8,000 sqm and aim to offer a modern concept for commercial hubs that aligns with current economic, real estate, and social developments in Egypt. The projects will feature units in various sizes to suit different business activities, while also contributing to the local economy by creating new job opportunities and boosting commercial activity in the area.

Walid Mahdy, Chairman of Al Mahdy Group, confirmed that the company continues to expand its footprint in New Cairo, one of the most prominent urban districts in the capital. He added that these two developments mark a significant milestone in the company’s growth strategy.

Ramy Fares, Vice Chairman, highlighted the strategic location of the projects in the heart of New Cairo, adding, “We selected one of the most vital spots in the city to implement these projects. They will feature modern designs that align with the latest architectural standards — a consistent approach in all our developments.”
