Master Developments, the major real estate developer in New Damietta and New Mansoura cities, is set to unveil its biggest project, Panorama Mall, in the coming days, Invest-Gate reports.

Chairman Ahmed El-Basiouny noted that this project marks another step in the company’s expansion and success plan by executing unique projects at distinct locations.

The 14,000 sqm Panorama Mall will be the largest in New Damietta City, and it will be located at the heart of the city along the international coastal road, El-Basiouny said in an interview.

The mixed-use project, with commercial, administrative, and medical spaces, will have a unique location on the service strip with views, he said.

Panorama Mall will be the only one in the area with a view and have four main corners and streets, according to El-Basiouny. The location is also near some of the most densely populated high-end compounds, including Dar Misr 1 and Dar Misr 2, as well as Al-Azhar University, and opposite top schools like the Japanese International School and IPS-International Public School, he said.

Master Developments is preparing to launch its finest sea-view compound in the heart of New Damietta following the success of the Boyot New Mansoura project, El-Basiouny said.

As part of its expansion, Master Developments plans more projects across Egypt’s most promising cities, providing integrated real estate with the best pricing and payment terms after analyzing the market, El-Basiouny said, clarifying that the goal is to meet real estate demand and achieve the best returns for investors.
