Master Group Real Estate Developer has contracted Ehaf Consulting Engineers as a consultant designer and supervisor of the “City Oval” project, the group’s latest flagships in the New Administrative Capital at 2020, Invest-Gate reports.

Mohamed El-Khouly, head of marketing, says that this agreement is a part of the group partnerships with several consulting and executive engineering expertise to provide the market with an exceptional unique project in NAC, according to a company press release on February 2.

Al-Khouly adds, “City Oval spans over on an area of ​​37 acres, and is the company’s second projects in NAC,” pointing out that this complex supports the company’s future strategy. “We believe in the importance of investing in the capital in the upcoming period, as it is one of the most attractive investment destinations in Egypt,” he notes.

Al-Khouly further highlights that City Oval is a smart urban project with integrated services and a variety of units consisting of three different areas namely: “Bougainvillea” encompassing 31 villas, “Wisteria” consisting of 34 twin houses, “Azalea” containing 1021 residential units, “Petal” a walkway that connects the three areas, “Rosette” an area of ​​annual celebrations and feasts with many cafes and restaurants, a kids area, and a full-service commercial center that serves the residents.
