Master Group revealed its plan for the establishment of the largest water park city, Ibiza Chillout, in Ain Sokhna, with investments up to EGP 3 bn, Invest-Gate reports.

Muhammad Lasheen, chairman of Master Group, said in a press statement on May 18 that the company intends to launch the 27.5-acre water park project soon.

The new project comes reflects Master Group’s confidence in the Egyptian market, he elaborated.

He further added that Ain Sokhna’s project is planned to include more than 200 hotel rooms, outdoor swimming pools and sports activities as well as, the most luxurious sauna and health club, which will make the city a tourist destination for domestic and foreign tourists throughout the year.

This is the company’s third project after the successful launch of its two flagship projects, The City and The City Valley, with investments amounted to EGP 12 bn in the New Administrative Capital (NAC).
