Master Group Development announced presenting its Allegra Clinics, its first medical building in New Cairo, at Egypt’s Cityscape exhibition, Invest-Gate reports.

The exhibition started on September 20 provides a marketing channel for real estate developers, according to Ali Gaber, Chief Commerical Officer.

Gaber highlighted that Cityscape is the most prominent annual real estate event, clarifying that Master Group will also promote Allegra Mall, a 10,000-resident service center within the city comprising the largest amenities complex, children’s playground and food and beverage outlets.

Allegra Clinics is the inaugural medical facility within an R7 residential compound, housing 30 clinics. On the sidelines, Master Group will ink a management deal for the property with a regional healthcare leader.

The developer integrated the mixed-use project differently for a competitive edge, meeting all residents’ basic needs. Jaber underscored the importance of diverse commercial offerings in new neighborhoods as Egypt builds its new capital.

He advised real estate firms to study markets extensively for customer insights and desires. Master Group focuses on integration, variety and studying real estate culture in Egypt, where property represents a mainstay investment.

Exhibitions offer opportunities through diverse units and special pricing. Jaber sees Egyptian property strength as rooted in cultural norms favoring real estate as an economic tool.
