Ibiza Chillout will comprise studios, as well as, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, varying in sizes from 56 to 112 square meters. Potential residents will relish an array of facilities such as a shopping mall, five swimming pools, a four-star hotel, kids areas, a sports club, a three-acre aqua park, and a clubhouse.
Earlier, Master Group revealed its plan for the establishment of the resort city, with investments up to EGP 3 bn. Muhammad Lasheen, the company’s chairman, stated back then that Ain Sokhna’s project is planned to include more than 200 hotel rooms, outdoor swimming pools, and sports activities as well as, the most luxurious sauna and health club, which will transform the coastal city into an all-year-round tourist destination for domestic and foreign visitors.
Last March, the Egypt-based property developer announced plans to pump EGP 12 bn worth of investments into its two flagship projects, The City and The City Valley, nestled in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), east Cairo.
