Master Group’s EGP 7 bn The City Project is 55% complete, as per schedules agreed with the Administrative Capital For Urban Development (ACUD), Invest-Gate reports.
Muhammad Lashin, Chairman of Master Group stated that the construction progress for the project in the New Administrative Capital is advancing well, with total buildout exceeding 75% for the first phase and around 55% across the entire 54-acre development.
He noted that the group’s strategy focuses on credibility, commitment to customers, and meeting their needs at current and future projects while sticking to the agreed timelines. Additionally, Master contracted the engineering consultant, Moharram Bakhoum, and landscaper Memaar for the project constructed following the highest standards.
The City project was designed by leading London firms for modern, luxury living with top safety. Master has sold 80% of the residential space and says the diverse units meet demand, from 95 to 396 sqm. Recreational services distributed intelligently include play areas, yoga, pools, green spaces, and The City Mall.
Lashin added the project has about 80% green areas and services, with residential loading between 12-18%, the lowest in the new capital currently.
With the first phase nearly complete, Master will soon launch the Allegra medical commercial project during Cityscape exhibition, contracting a top local medical project manager for the medical building located on key new capital axes.
