Matter Makers celebrated the launch of its new project, “Ganoub Hub,” in South Academy, New Cairo, during a large-scale event held at Dusit Hotel in Fifth Settlement. The event was attended by more than 900 clients and real estate marketing companies, alongside updates on the company’s other projects, Invest-Gate reports.

Dr. Ahmed Mostafa Mabrouk, Chairman of Matter Makers, stated that the launch of “Ganoub Hub” aligns with the company’s strategy to deliver innovative projects that keep pace with real estate market developments. He emphasized that the project represents a fully integrated model combining a prime location, modern design, and advanced services, enhancing investment opportunities in South Academy, an area witnessing growing demand for commercial and administrative activities.

Project Details and Specifications

Abdel Razek El Shehy, CEO of the company, explained that the project is being developed over 3,076 sqm and consists of a basement, ground floor, and three repeated floors. It includes administrative and commercial units designed according to the latest global standards. He added that the project offers a fully integrated work environment, including security systems, modern elevators, escalators, centralized air conditioning, parking areas, and various leisure services.

Investment Opportunities and Flexible Payment Plans

Amr Gamal, Sales Director, confirmed that the company is offering a diverse range of investment opportunities alongside the launch of “Ganoub Hub,” noting that the project provides flexible payment plans starting from a 10% down payment and extending up to 8 years.
He added that the company is also continuing the development of “Nedit Tower,” which offers attractive investment returns, starting from a 10% down payment with returns reaching up to 180%.

PMC Project Progress and Portfolio Diversity

He further explained that the company is also developing the “PMC” project, which has reached advanced construction stages of up to 80%, offering investment returns of up to 120%. He emphasized that these projects reflect the diversity of the company’s portfolio and its ability to meet the needs of different client segments, whether those seeking high returns or flexible payment plans.

Engineering Design Vision

Regarding the architectural design, Eng. Mohamed Tamam, CEO of Archrete Engineering Consultancy, stated that the collaboration with Matter Makers reflects a shared vision to deliver projects aligned with global standards. He noted that the design of “Ganoub Hub” focuses on maximizing space efficiency while maintaining both aesthetic and functional aspects, ensuring a fully integrated user experience.

Project Management and Operations

On the operations side, Mohamed Galal, CEO of TSM Project Management, indicated that the company will manage and operate several Matter Makers projects using the latest professional systems, ensuring the preservation of investment value and achieving high operational efficiency.

MoU Signing with Radisson Hotel Group

During the event, Matter Makers signed a memorandum of understanding with Radisson Hotel Group, reflecting the company’s direction toward enhancing the operational value of its developments.

Radisson’s Expansion Plans in Egypt

Ayman Ezz El Din, Development Director, expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership, noting that Radisson manages around 1,400 hotels worldwide and has a strong presence in Egypt with six operating hotels and six under development, in addition to nearly 100 hotels across the Middle East, particularly in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
He added that the group aims to expand in Egypt and reach 30 hotels by 2030, highlighting that this partnership represents an important step toward achieving that goal.

Brand Positioning and Partner Integration

He further explained that the Park Inn by Radisson brand is a modern and flexible hospitality concept targeting business travelers, offering a practical and comfortable stay aligned with mixed-use developments.
Ezz El Din concluded that the collaboration between Matter Makers, TSM, and Archrete reflects strong integration among all parties, contributing to the project’s success and marking the beginning of a long term partnership.
