Mawten Developments signs an agreement with Business Loop Intl to provide management and operation services to the company’s projects, Invest-Gate reports.

Under the agreement, Business Loop will conduct demographic and market studies for locations of Mawten’s projects to attract successful brands.

Mostafa Saqr, Managing Director and Board Member at Mawten Developments, says that Business Loop Intl is chosen due to its expertise of over 20 years in the fields of accommodation, management, and operation of real estate projects in Egypt and the GCC.

Moustafa Saeed, CEO of Business Loop Intl, notes that the recent agreement is a part of the company’s plan to expand in the Egyptian market.

Saeed adds that the company executes many projects in West Cairo and West Delta, including commercial, administrative, medical, and entertainment malls, with an operational area of over 92,000 sqm.
