Maxim Development announces receiving the new allocation contract from the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) on July 6, 2023, after transferring the jurisdiction of the North Coast region from Matrouh Governorate to NUCA, Invest-Gate reports.
The company is currently awaiting the issuance of the new ministerial decree from NUCA to resume working on the “Bo Islands Sidi Abdel Rahman” project as soon as possible.
Maxim affirms to fulfill its obligations toward its current customers and overcome all obstacles hindering the resumption of work in any of its projects. Meanwhile, the company understands the concerns of its customers, who have expressed dissatisfaction due to the delay in unit delivery in the previous period.
Hence, Maxim Development declares some points, including that the company paid all the dues for the land allocated for the “Bo Islands Sidi Abdel Rahman” project, and there is no delay in the payments.
In addition, the company delivered hundreds of residential units in the project more than a year ago and has sent notifications to all customers whose units are ready to suspend the installment payments until they are informed of the new delivery date.
Moreover, Maxim Development noticed that some people took advantage of the customers’ anger whose delivery dates have been delayed, and promoted false news that aims to tarnish the company’s image and reputation, which affects the company’s investments and the interests of its customers, by promoting baseless allegations.
Also, the company decided to take all necessary legal measures against all those who have disseminated false news and rumors that have targeted the company and its board of directors and to present what the company has documented through its legal team to all media outlets and fake accounts on social media.
Lastly, Maxim Development confirms that its continued success requires cooperation from its customers to maintain the reputation of the project and the investments that have been injected into it, whether by the company or the customers.
