Mazaya Developments has embarked on a regional expansion tour across several Arab countries to explore new investment opportunities and promote Egypt’s real estate market, Invest-Gate reports.
This initiative coincides with the recent opening of the company’s new branch in Saudi Arabia, as announced last month.
Moreover, the company’s founders, Chairman Mohamed Allam and CEO Mohamed Mostafa, lead the tour and engage in business meetings with officials and investors.
Chairman Mohamed Allam explained that the tour began in Saudi Arabia, where they oversaw operations at the new branch and discussed potential investments with local business leaders. The company also aims to showcase the investment opportunities available in Egypt.
Furthermore, following this, the tour will extend to the UAE and Bahrain, where further meetings are planned as part of Mazaya’s strategic vision for expanding into promising international markets.
CEO Mohamed Mostafa highlighted that these regional expansions are key to the company’s growth plan. Now fully operational, the Saudi branch marks the first step in a broader strategy to enter other Arab markets.
With a large base of Arab and international clients, Mazaya’s presence in these regions will strengthen its connections with investors.
Notably, the Riyadh branch particularly serves as a hub for promoting the company’s Egyptian projects while analyzing local investment opportunities for future ventures in Saudi Arabia.
