Mazaya Developments Showcases “NORM SPACES” Project at Hazi Misr Exhibition in Riyadh

Mazaya Developments has announced its participation in its fourth project in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), called “NORM SPACES,” during the Hazi Misr exhibition in Riyadh, Invest-Gate reports.

The exhibition will take place from May 16 to 18 in the main hall of the JW Marriott Hotel.

Mohamed Allam, Chairman of Mazaya Developments, expressed the company’s commitment to reaching customers both within and outside the Egyptian market. Participating in the significant real estate exhibition, “Hazi Misr,” held in Riyadh, aligns with the state’s plan to export real estate.

During the exhibition, Allam stated that all aspects and details of the project would be presented to customers, highlighting its most important competitive advantages, especially its strategic and distinguished location.

The NORM SPACES project, Mazaya Development’s fourth project in the NAC, is a mixed-use development situated along a main street with a width of 70 m. It is located near the Al Amal Axis, connecting Suez Road and Sokhna Road, directly across from the Mostakbal City project.

The site is one minute away from the Sports City Complex, adjacent to several international schools and universities, and just two minutes away from Al Maqsad Compound. Additionally, it is a 10-minute drive from Madinaty. The project is currently 30% complete and has a facade spanning 106 m.

Allam emphasized that the project encompasses commercial, administrative, and medical spaces within an area of 6,661 sqm. The concept of NORM SPACES revolves around combining simplicity and efficiency while maintaining a sense of luxury for all visitors. The company aims to strike a balance between simplicity, flexibility, and realism in its approach to the project.
