MBG Real Estate Investment Company announces the payment of the last installment of the land of PUKKA project in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), becoming one of the first companies completing the payment of all dues and installments to the Administrative Capital Company, Invest-Gate reports.

For his part, Mahmoud El-Adl, chairperson of MBG Real Estate Investment, confirms that the Pukka project includes 1,700 units between residential units, villas, and townhouses, divided into 3 phases. He points out that about 90% of the entire project has been completed, explaining that the delivery schedules for the 1s phase have been announced. The project’s second phase is set to be delivered in 2023, and the third phase in 2024.

He explains that Pukka project is equipped with 24-hour surveillance cameras, pointing out that privacy and security are the company’s slogan in the Bukka project, noting that the percentage of buildings does not exceed 22% of the total area of the project, and the rest are green spaces and various services for owners.

On the other hand, El-Adl reveals that the company has completed marketing 95% of its pioneering medical project “Green River” in the NAC, which represents a global medical edifice, with investments amounting to EGP 1bn.

Moreover, he adds that MBG is one of the largest and best real estate developers in the delta region, according to the diversity of its previous projects, noting that MBG projects are characterized by diversity between medical, residential, and educational service projects, architectural design and construction throughout the delta region, citing a number of project models it owns. The company offers the first residential compound in the city of Mansoura in the Dakahlia governorate, the Sunset project in Ras El-Bar in Kafr El-Sheikh governorate, the buildings of the Engineers Syndicate in Zagazig, and the buildings of Al-Azhar University in Damietta.

El-Adl explains that the continuous work inside the company, and the resort to modern methods in marketing the project externally, is the main reason for the company’s success in convincing these citizens to invest in Egyptian real estate and buy a property inside Egypt. In addition to the success of the Egyptian government in the good marketing of the NAC externally, which is clearly evident in the largest real estate exhibition in the world, called MIPIM, which is held in France, that greatly helps the company’s success in marketing the project externally.
