MBG Development Achieves EGP 300 mn Sales at Cityscape Exhibition

Egypt’s real estate developer MBG Development has achieved EGP 300 mn in sales of Pukka project in the New Administrative Capital (NAC) in during its participation at Cityscape Egypt exhibition, which was held from March 27 to 30, Invest-Gate reports.

MBG’s Chairman Mahmoud Al Adl told Invest-Gate that Pukka compound has witnessed a significant demand from clients and investors during the property exhibition, claiming, “We were the top in making sales during Cityscape.”

Covering 40 acres, Pukka is being developed with investments worth EGP 4 bn. MBG has earlier begun constructing the project’s first phase, with EGP 500 mn worth of investments. Al Adli elaborated, noting that the compound is being developed over four phases, and will be delivered in 2022.

Al Adl pointed out that MBG plans to complete marketing Pukka by year-end, offering a total of 1,680 units, with expected sales of EGP 4 bn.

During the coming period, MBG will focus its investments towards NAC, as it plans to implement a new residential project in the new city on an area of 48 acres, along with a medical project for sports injuries in the sports city, which is set to cover 5 acres.
