MBG Developments Acquires Prime Plot A1 in Front of the Embassies District in NAC

MBG Developments announced its acquisition of the most distinguished plot of land in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), covering an area of 65 feddans, Invest-Gate reports.

This announcement comes alongside the company’s delivery of the PUKKA project, which is its first project in the NAC.

Dr. Mahmoud El Adl, Chairman of MBG Developments, stated that the plot of land, designated A1, was obtained after intense competition among numerous companies. MBG succeeded in securing it for several reasons, most notably its strong financial solvency and impressive track record in the NAC. The company owns several projects, including PUKKA, the White 14 project, and the River Green Medical Project, along with significant credibility with the Administrative Capital for Urban Development (ACUD) and its clients. MBG is one of the first companies to pay the installments for the PUKKA project land in full to the ACUD.

Regarding the advantages of the newly acquired plot, El Adl explained, “Plot A1 spans 65 feddans and is located at the intersection of four main axes, directly overlooking the Diplomatic District and the Embassies District in the NAC. This area is the most upscale district in the NAC, housing more than 200 embassies and consulates from various countries. It also overlooks the residential districts for the diplomatic community and the United Nations building, offering a distinctive view of the central axis.”

He further noted that the plot’s rarity and uniqueness stem from its direct location on the embassy district, which will host all embassies and diplomats worldwide, along with the major services anticipated in the area, providing a high-end lifestyle for anyone wishing to reside in MBG’s new project on plot A1.

El Adl pointed out that the company plans to establish a global project on this new plot, offering luxury housing equipped with all the technological advancements associated with smart cities. Additionally, the project will include residential units and villas of various sizes, catering to different demographics wishing to live within the NAC.
