MBG Developments has entered into a contract with ACE Project Management Moharram Bakhoum, boasting over 50 years of experience, to oversee engineering services for the implementation of Doray Bay project in Ras El Bar City with a commitment to the highest quality, Invest-Gate reports.

This project marks the city’s inaugural comprehensive tourism venture. The signing ceremony involved key figures such as Mahmoud El Adl, Chairman and Managing Director of MBG Developments; Amr El Adl, Vice Chairman and CEO of MBG Developments; Ahmed Moharram, Chairman of ACE Project Management Moharram Bakhoum; Mohamed Farouk, Director of Operations at ACE Project Management Moharram Bakhoum; Ahmed Shalkamy, Director of Implementation Supervision at ACE Project Management Moharram Bakhoum; alongside several officials and department heads from both entities.

Under this agreement, ACE Project Management Moharram Bakhoum will supervise the construction activities of the Doray Bay project in Ras El Bar over a four-year period. This collaboration aligns with MBG Developments’ commitment to engaging top-tier consulting expertise across all project stages, from design to execution.

Additionally, El Adl highlighted ACE Project Management Moharram Bakhoum’s substantial experience in executing large-scale projects domestically and internationally, underscoring their collaboration to ensure the highest quality standards for clients.

Notably, MBG Developments has successfully launched the first and second phases and opened sales for the third phase of Doray Bay project in Ras El Bar City, a venture undertaken in conjunction with the New Urban Communities Authority. Spanning 42 feddans, this project entails investments exceeding EGP 10 bn.
