MBG Developments has signed an agreement with ElSewedy Engineering Industries (SEI) to implement advanced infrastructure networks for its flagship PUKKA project in the New Administrative Capital, Invest-Gate reports.

The partnership underscores MBG Developments’ commitment to collaborating with industry leaders who uphold high-quality standards and advanced technologies, ensuring superior services and customer trust. The agreement was formalized in the presence of Amr El-Adl, Vice Chairman and CEO of MBG Developments, and Eng. Essam El Sewedy, Deputy CEO of El Sewedy SEI.

ElSewedy SEI will execute comprehensive infrastructure work, including wastewater, water supply, rainwater drainage, irrigation, fire systems, and electricity networks. With over 60 years of experience, El Sewedy SEI’s expertise will play a pivotal role in creating a sustainable and efficient living environment for PUKKA residents.

Spanning 41 feddans with a total investment of EGP 7 bn, PUKKA is strategically located in the Investment District near landmarks such as the Green River, Government District, and Financial and Business District. The project features 1,628 residential units, including apartments and duplexes, distributed across buildings with up to seven floors.

Additional amenities include a social club and a commercial mall spanning 16,000 sqm over three floors. The mall incorporates spaces for medical clinics, administrative offices, and retail outlets, reinforcing PUKKA as a comprehensive community hub.
