MBG Developments has officially secured Ministerial Resolution No. 1208 dated October 19, 2024, for the Doray Bay project in Ras El Bar, Invest-Gate reports.

Mahmoud El Adl, the Chairman and Managing Director of MBG Developments, expressed gratitude to Sherif El Sherbini, the Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, as well as the leadership within the Ministry of Housing.

He also extended appreciation to Walid Abbas, Assistant Minister of Housing at the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), and the officials of Damietta Governorate, led by Ayman El Shehabi, Governor of Damietta, and Mohamed Khalaf Allah, Head of the New Damietta City Development Authority.

El Adl emphasized MBG Developments’ commitment to making substantial investments in the “Doray Bay” project in the upcoming period and ensuring adherence to the delivery schedule for customer units.

The project spans 42 feddans and boasts the longest coastal frontage of 1100 meters. It offers a diverse range of residential units, including villas, studios ranging from 45 to 65 sqm, two-bedroom units from 75 to 85 sqm, “Signature” three-bedroom units starting at 111 sqm, “Elite” three-bedroom units spanning 111 to 132 sqm and “beach house” units ranging from 111 to 180 sqm.

Additionally, the project features Garden villas, sky villas with areas of 210 sqm, swimming pools, a club house, artificial lakes, and Ras El Bar City’s largest seaside commercial complex.
