MBG Hosts Ramadan Sohour with Real Estate and Culture Leaders

Ramadan Gathering of Business and Cultural Leaders

MBG Developments hosted a special Ramadan sohour bringing together prominent business leaders, real estate developers, and public figures.

The event was attended by Gohar Nabil, Egypt’s Minister of Youth and Sports, alongside well known figures from the arts, media, and digital content creation sectors, Invest-Gate reports.

The evening also featured a performance by Egyptian singer Ramy Sabry, creating a vibrant atmosphere that reflected the company’s commitment to strengthening professional relationships and fostering communication between business leaders and the wider community during Ramadan.

Diplo East Phase Two to Launch in 2026

During the event, Dr. Amr El Adel, Vice Chairman and CEO of MBG Developments, outlined the company’s future plans.

He revealed that 2026 will witness the launch of the second phase of the Diplo East development, featuring new villa designs and diverse layouts aimed at meeting the varying preferences of clients.

He also noted that the company plans to introduce innovative payment schemes for the first time in Egypt’s real estate market to make homeownership more accessible.

EGP 3.5 Billion Investments Planned

El Adel added that the company intends to inject investments worth EGP 3.5 billion during 2026 to accelerate construction progress across its ongoing developments and strengthen its presence in Egypt’s real estate market.

He emphasized that future projects will focus on achieving a balance between modern architectural design, luxury living, and integrated services.

Expanding an Integrated Real Estate Portfolio

MBG Developments continues to focus on developing integrated residential communities that provide a modern lifestyle supported by comprehensive services and flexible payment solutions.

The company’s portfolio currently includes six major developments: Pukka, White 14, RiverGreen, Pukka Walk, Doray Bay, and Diplo East.

Four of these developments are located in the New Administrative Capital, which the company believes will become the primary hub for real estate development in Egypt.

Doray Bay in Ras El Bar

El Adel also highlighted the company’s project Doray Bay in Ras El Bar, spanning 42 feddans in a city known for its historical significance and unique coastal location.

The city was once a gathering destination for Farouk of Egypt and notable cultural icons such as Umm Kulthum, which explains the strong customer demand witnessed upon the project’s initial launch.

Strengthening Relationships During Ramadan

The evening concluded with networking, photo sessions, and Ramadan greetings among attendees, reflecting the spirit of the holy month.

Participants praised the company’s efforts in organizing an event that combines culture, art, and investment, reinforcing confidence among clients and investors while highlighting the growing role of MBG Developments in Egypt’s real estate development sector.
