MBG To Deliver First Phase of PUKKA Project in NAC By 2024

MBG Developments announced the commencement of the first phase delivery of the PUKKA project in the New Administrative Capital (NAC) next year, Invest-Gate reports.

Mahmoud El-Adl, CEO of MBG Developments, confirmed that despite the difficult global conditions, including high inflation rates resulting from the repercussions of the Russia-Ukraine crisis, the company is committed to delivering its projects on schedule to maintain the trust of its clients.

PUKKA consists of 1,700 units, including residential units, villas, and townhouses. The project is divided into three phases, with the first phase set to begin next year.

El-Adl clarified that the PUKKA project covers an area of 40 acres and comprises 43 buildings with four different architectural designs. Additionally, it offers various spaces to suit different needs. He emphasized that the project includes the Boulevard area, which spans 7,000 sqm and is one of its most important features.

Furthermore, El-Adl highlighted the high-security measures implemented in the project. In addition, the built-up area (BUA) occupies only 22% of the total project area, while the rest consists of green spaces and various amenities for residents, such as swimming pools, a health club, a celebration hall, a commercial mall, restaurants, cafes, a medical center, a hypermarket, an administrative building, as well as other essential and recreational services.

Regarding the project’s different service facilities, El-Adl stated that the commercial area of the project is around 20,000 sqm and includes major international brands.
