MBG Real Estate Investment Company considers injecting new investments in the NAC, exceeding EGP 10 bn, by launching new projects in the upcoming period, invest-Gate reports.

Mahmoud El-Adl, chairperson of MBG Real Estate Investment, says that the company studied the implementation of a number of new projects in the NAC during the next period. This comes after the company’s success in marketing its three projects in the NAC and the great demand from customers due to the company’s credibility.

El-Adl points out that the NAC is Egypt’s future project. Also, the investment in the NAC will continue for the next 100 years and Egypt tops the 10 most important Arab countries receiving foreign direct investment projects according to the investment cost between 2015 and 2019 by 476 projects with $ 124.48 bn investments. Besides, providing job opportunities that amount to 106.66 jobs.

The company completes the marketing of the green river project, which is the first integrated medical center in MU-23, with EGP 1 bn investments.

As for the White 14 project in Downtown in the NAC, the company finished 70% of the project marketing. Further, there is a high demand from customers for the company’s projects in the NAC.

El-Adl concludes that the MBG projects are characterized by diversity as medical, residential, educational, architectural design, and construction throughout the Delta region. For instance, the first residential compound in Mansoura and Sunset project in Ras El Bar.
