Egyptian developer Meamar Group unveiled launching the Zahwa Residence project, the first new smart community in Sadat City planned to be built on 90,000 sqm, Invest-Gate reports.
The ceremony for the development was held on the land parcel and attended by public figures, Menoufia officials, and footballers.
Meamar Chairman Mohamed Sobhi affirms that the group aims to supply distinguished projects suiting Menoufia clients and the wider Delta region. Additionally, he credited the success of the 25-year-old firm to its workforce and investor partners’ confidence.
Zahwa Residence follows the 17,000-sqm commercial Downtown Sadat complex and Healing Healthcare medical facilities established by Meamar in Sadat City.
Meamar’s Chief Commerical Officier Ahmed Saeed said the gated community seeks to reshape Delta housing, offering apartments and duplexes from 120-350 sqm.
The project will be divided equally between residential and commercial-entertainment use, also, it is scheduled to be delivered in four years, according to Saeed.
Meamar also announced opening the shares participation in its Healing group, planning more branches across Sadat, New Cairo, and Fayoum.
Notably, the developer is a New Cairo pioneer and runs malls in Cairo and other projects in Sohag and Fayoum.
