Melee has partnered with Al-Ahly Sabbour Developments, one of Egypt’s leading and largest real estate companies in the Middle East, with over 29 years of extensive experience. The press conference was attended by the company’s leaders, officials, and a notable gathering of journalists and media figures.

The projects introduced by Melee are designed according to global standards, offering unconventional architectural ideas and a unique philosophy focused on creation and understanding rather than competition. Melee’s visionary and innovative approach introduces a different and untraditional concept for real estate developers.

The company aims to deliver a range of real estate products, including branded residences, commercial and administrative spaces, hotels, entertainment concepts, and sports facilities. These offerings are developed creatively based on comprehensive market analysis and study to meet current and anticipated future needs.

The first hotel in the chain, Kynd 01, is operational at the GAIA Project developed by Al Ahly Sabbour in Ras Al Hikma, North Coast. Kynd Hotels introduces a new concept of hospitality with global standards to serve Egyptian clients and the Egyptian market. Melee has also signed an agreement with Marriott International to establish five new hotels.
