Memaar Al-Ashraf for Real Estate Development signs an agreement with JARA for Property and Facility Management to manage and operate the company’s THE CORE Mall project in New Cairo, Invest-Gate reports.

Developed by Memaar Al-Ashraf, THE CORE Mall is located on 3,500 sqm in New Cairo’s Lotus district.

The project receives around EGP 300 mn in investments and is expected to generate EGP 500 mn in sales.

Ahmed Amin Masoud, CEO of Memaar Al-Ashraf, notes that the project features rental units for international brands.

Hassan Al-Zonfoly, CEO of JARA, stresses that his company enjoyed a strong history in the management and operation of commercial projects.
