Egyptian property developer Memaar Al Morshedy announces its latest projects worth over EGP 1 bn, Invest-Gate reports.

The company began carrying out the 43,700-square-meter Katameya Gate in the Ring Road and the 37-feddan Lakefront in 6th of October City, according to a press release.

Memaar Al Morshedy plans, in the current phase, to expand its investments and implement diverse real estate projects amid increasing demand for housing units and the market’s need for distinct projects, according to the company’s Marketing Manager Omar Morshedy.

The real estate sector is witnessing remarkable growth and recovery, Morshedy adds.
