Menassat Developments Celebrates Completion Concrete Pouring Phase in Podia Towers, NAC

Menassat Developments has celebrated a milestone in the Podia Towers project, marking the completion of the latest phase in the tower’s foundations in the New Administrative Capital, Invest-Gate reports.

The atmosphere was charged with immense joy as company leaders, employees, and engineers witnessed the culmination of years of relentless effort and round-the-clock work.

Ahmed Massoud, Chairman of Menassat Developments, expressed his delight at this significant achievement. He hailed it as the result of concentrated efforts spanning over a year of continuous work, showcasing the company’s remarkable success. Masoud emphasized the company’s capability to compete with industry giants and ascend to market leadership.

Moreover, he detailed the excavation works, starting with a dig reaching over 22 meters below ground level, employing a clear methodology to secure all aspects of the project until it safely reached ground level on all fronts.

Over 12,000 cubic meters of reinforced concrete and more than 4,000 cubic meters of regular concrete were poured. Additionally, over 4,000 tons of reinforcement steel were supplied and installed—a testament to the scale and dedication invested in this venture.

The Podia project, a multi-activity tower encompassing commercial, administrative, and medical functions, sprawls across approximately 96,000 square meters in the new administrative capital. Comprising three basement levels, tank and mechanical waiting floors, a ground floor, and 25 repetitive floors, the tower stands tall at 111 meters in one of the most distinguished areas in the new capital.

Furthermore, Tamer Fouad, CEO of Menassat Developments, underlined the company’s vision in one word—excellence. To achieve this, the company diligently conducts thorough market studies for each project, ensuring alignment with genuine market needs to avoid dissonance between company initiatives and market demands.

Also, contracts were finalized with EHAF Consulting Engineers, Solid Engineering, Detak General Contracting, and Grande Design House, showcasing Menassat’s commitment to delivering a comprehensive and high-quality project.

Notably, Fouad stressed the company’s aim to sustain its leadership in the Egyptian market, competing fiercely among major real estate companies. He emphasized that such competition ultimately serves the client’s interests by delivering superior quality services at competitive prices while driving the company towards innovation and excellence.
