Grande-Sabbour, an affiliated company of Al Ahly Sabbour Group, has signed partnership contracts with Menassat Developments, a leading real estate development company in Egypt, Invest-Gate reports.

The estimated value of the contracts reached approximately EGP 600 mn. Under this agreement, Grande-Sabbour will provide exceptional integrated services in finishing, furnishing, and decoration for the Podia Tower project in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), as well as the Eclipse, Axle project in New Cairo, offering distinguished real estate finishing, furnishing, and decoration services.

The signing ceremony was attended by Ahmed Sabbour, Managing Director of Al Ahly Sabbour, Amin Masoud, Chairman of Menassat Developments, Tamer Fouad, CEO of the company, and other prominent executives.

Rasha Mostafa, CEO of Grande-Sabbour, expressed her great satisfaction with the collaboration with Menassat Developments, affirming that it is an outstanding company that delivers projects of the highest quality with unique designs.

On the other hand, Tamer Fouad, CEO of Menassat Developments, commented, “The company has extensive experience in this field, and they found that Grande Company pays meticulous attention to detail, ensuring impeccable final touches that add elegance and sophistication to every project.”

Notably, the project is situated in one of the best strategic locations in the heart of NAC, directly on the northern axis of Mohamed Bin Zayed Road, near the Central Business District, and minutes away from the “Almasa” hotel. The project is being implemented with an investment cost exceeding EGP 4.3 bn.
